After failing to win the top prize in a speech contest early in her career, Leslie began her journey toward excellence in public speaking. She earned her competent Toastmaster certificate; graduated from the Michigan Speaker’s Association Professional Track Program and has spoken to thousands of sale professionals and business owners about how to grow their business using referral marketing. In her coaching practice guides her clients to find their voice and share their unique story to grow their business. Leslie’s unique approach comes from over 30 years spent in corporate environments as a human resources professional. A lifelong learner, she has achieved a number of certifications and holds a master’s degree in human resource development.
