Born in China in 1989, went to France since 2008 at 18 years old for university studies. Had a French name "Chloe" during French learning since the age of 16 (as the French teacher had difficulties in pronouncing "Qian" in Chinese ><). Majored in International Commerce in Bachelor and oriented to Wine Commerce during Master studies.

Retail and wine: chosen wine industry after graduation.

Back to China in summer 2015 after working in Bordeaux wineries, and based in China from 2015-2023, travel back to Europe 2-3 times a year before Pandemic.

Career path: Export business development (France, wine producer) - Channel Sales Representative (China, wine importer) - Sales Executive (China, wine importer) - Key account manager (China, French group to develop China market) - Senior key account manager - Importation director (Coca-Cola Greater China & Mongolia). Each step has huge contribution to my career development and has enhanced my vision in business management.

Fall in love in wines when I did my studies in France.
Certification: WSET III double distinctions in theories and blind tasting.

8 years studies and work in France, another 8 years exploring wines & food beverage market from multi-channel and key account management to total business owner in top 500 FMCG company (Coca Cola Greater China & Mongolia as Importation Director). Moving to new chapter of life - Canada since summer 2023.

Multi-country working and travel experiences made me an intercultural person with international vision in business management. Solid experience in wines & spirits | food beverage industry and proven skills in sales management & business model innovation as well as start-up projects.

Chloe was born in China and embarked on her international journey in 2008 when she moved to France for undergraduate studies. Over seven years in France, she developed deep passion for food and wines and business development.

Chloe began her career in wine industry in Bordeaux as an export business development sales in charge of China market. With another eight years of experience in wine & beverage markets upon return to China since 2015, Chloe has held diverse roles starting from channel sales at leading local wine importer, key account management for top French producer to commercial leadership position at The Coca-Cola Company. Her expertise spans sales management, business model innovation and business strategy in wine and beverage sectors, shaping her into a visionary business owner.

In 2014, Chloe wrote her postgraduate essay "Internationalization Strategies - Ensuring the Sustainability of Bordeaux Wine Exports," which was published as a book in France later in 2016. The book offers practical insights into internationalization strategies, using the Bordeaux wine industry as a case study to explore sustainable export practices and internationalization journey for small business.

In summer 2023, Chloe moved to Canada and founded her own liquor agency, Advinture, specializing in fine wines and start her adventure as an entrepreneur.
