Since 1999, Vijayan has been immersed in the world of computers, adopting it as both a field of study and profession from 2003. With over two decades dedicated to the field of Information Technology, Vijayan has witnessed the evolution of technology from the days of Floppy Disks to Cloud Storage and Artificial Intelligence. He has had the privilege of serving clients across the globe, from the west to the east being both physically present in the west and the east through his career. He had opportunity to travel, work and live across 14 cities in the world including USA, Canada, Latin America and India.

He is technologist and specialized generalist, Vijayan harbors a passion for products, services, and technology, aiming to touch souls, build exceptional teams, and assist companies in Digital Transformation, Software Strategy, Architecture, Design, and Technology adoption. He is committed to maintaining a pivotal role as a technology and solution provider, driving business development and growth for the company, seeking out active partnerships and clientele, establishing product and company roadmaps and strategies, and identifying opportunities for passionate investor relations and growth.

Vijayan founded the company XaddWell in the year 2018 and has been actively building it one step at a time. He has enmassed a strong network of collaborative business partners to actively pursue and expand the digital transformation services for various fields including Augmented Reality, Embedded Programming, Artificial Intelligence, Web, Gaming, Web3, Performance Engineering and others software services. XaddWell will also be soon venturing out into the Digital Content space as a sub brand called Nova Media and offering high quality digitized marketing for its clientele.

Prior to XaddWell, Vijayan has held various key positions in corporate America, Canada, and India, amassing years of professional software development experience in roles such as Director of Technology, Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Project Lead, Team Lead, and Technical Lead. This experience has enabled him to provide project management and custom software solutions development.

An alumnus of Enbridge, Deloitte, Honeywell, and Larsen & Toubro (L&T), Vijayan has contributed to significant business turnovers in diverse project capacities, serving clients and partners from North America, Europe, the Middle East, the Caribbean, Latin America, and the Asia Pacific regions.

Vijayan boasts expertise in Cloud Solutions, Edge frameworks, Microservices architecture, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Enterprise Custom Applications, Services, and Web/REST APIs. He has led teams of various sizes through the full development lifecycle using both traditional Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.

Vijayan has established business processes and provided key directional Information Technology strategies for execution. He has delivered systems for numerous state agency clients where public visibility, transactional demand, and political sensitivity are paramount. This includes the modernization of a benefits issuance system for a client of a $7 billion-dollar company.

With a strong background in corporate information technology and security domains, Vijayan designed a financial transaction analytics system for a large ATM network client in the Latin American region, covering 2500 ATMs. The adoption of this ATM network's solution led to a $2 million increase in device sales for the company in the Caribbean and Latin American region.
